Refunds and Invoicing
Templates are non-refundable under any circumstances. If there’s an issue, we’ll help you fix it or send an updated version.
If you purchased the template through the Wix Marketplace, Wix will automatically send you a receipt or invoice by email. We do not have access to your transaction details and cannot issue an invoice unless the template was purchased directly through our website.
Support
We don’t provide ongoing support for template usage. However, if there’s an issue or bug with the template itself, we’ll fix it and send you an updated version.
This template is designed for DIY users with Wix Studio experience and for agencies that already know how to use the platform. It serves as a professional starting point, giving you a solid foundation to build and customize on your own. Because it’s priced much lower than our custom projects (which start at $5,000), it doesn’t include personalized support, revisions, or collaborative work. The tradeoff for the lower price is that the template is delivered as-is. If you need help applying your content, we do offer add-on services when our schedule allows, but those are billed separately as part of our premium tier.
Yes, we offer a customization service when time allows. However, availability is limited and we may not begin work for up to a month, as we prioritize custom design projects. This service is not a collaborative revision process — clients must provide all content, and we’ll simply update the template with your information (text, images, logos, etc.). No revisions or edit requests are included.
Using the template
Once you purchase the template, it will be added to your Wix Studio account. From there, you can start editing it immediately.
Each purchase includes a license for one website only per Wix Studio. For multiple uses, purchase additional licenses or consider our agency plan if available.
Yes, this template is built specifically for Wix Studio, which is a separate platform from the standard Wix Editor. Experience with the regular Wix Editor is not enough. Wix Studio has a more advanced interface and workflow, so basic familiarity with its tools and layout system is recommended before buying this template.
No. The templates are designed to be fully customizable using the drag-and-drop tools inside Wix Studio, so coding knowledge is not required.

Most templates are built without code. In some cases, small amounts of CSS or lightweight code are included to support custom design elements or enhanced functionality. These features are already configured and work automatically, so you generally do not need to interact with the code.

However, if certain elements connected to those features are removed or heavily modified, it may affect how that functionality works.
Yes — they’re only included as placeholders to help you see the full layout. You can remove, edit, or replace them.
Not at this time. However, Figma files may be made available in the future for select templates. If you’re interested in having them, let us know — it helps us prioritize what to release next.
