Senior Product Designer
The role
Veltro's product surfaces analytics, automation, and integrations to thousands of SaaS teams. As our Senior Product Designer you will shape the end-to-end experience of these surfaces, from early discovery through detailed implementation.
You will work directly with our Head of Design and cross-functional engineering teams, owning design quality from concept to shipped pixel.
What you'll do
- Own product design for core Veltro surfaces including dashboards, the workflow builder, and integrations setup
- Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research through detailed interaction specifications
- Collaborate with engineering on implementation quality and component behavior during build
- Contribute to and evolve the Veltro design system and component library
- Run user research sessions and synthesize insights into clear, actionable design decisions
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of product design experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates complex product UI design, not just marketing pages or landing pages
- Deep proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to move from open exploration to precise specifications quickly
- Async-first mindset with strong written communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience designing data-heavy or analytics products where information density is a core challenge
- Strong interaction design skills including motion design, transitions, and micro-interactions
- Background in user research methods including usability testing and contextual inquiry
