Our mission
Speed is the only sustainable advantage.
We built Veltro because we watched too many good product teams get buried under the weight of bad tooling. Fragmented analytics. Clunky automations. Integrations that break every quarter. The teams that win are the ones who move fast without sacrificing quality. Veltro is how they do it.
01
Clarity over complexity
We strip away everything that doesn't help you make a better decision. Simple is hard. We do that work so you don't have to.
02
Speed as a feature
Build automated pipelines across your entire stack without writing a single line of glue code. Trigger actions based on user behavior, time, or external API events. Conditional logic included.
03
Trust through transparency
We publish our uptime. We document our pricing. We answer support tickets. We believe the best vendor relationships are built on honesty.
The origin
"Stop building the plumbing. Start shipping the product."
Why
Veltro started in a spare bedroom in San Francisco in 2021. Jordan and Anika had both spent years building analytics and automation infrastructure at other companies and kept asking the same question: why does every engineering team have to rebuild the same things from scratch?

The first version of Veltro was a weekend project. By month three it had its first ten paying customers. By month eighteen it had 400. We've been profitable since the beginning and we plan to stay that way.
Today, Veltro processes analytics for over 2,400 SaaS teams across 48 countries. We're still the same small team with the same obsession: helping teams ship faster without making a mess.
The team
People behind the platform.
A small team with strong opinions about what good software looks like. We've built products at Strife, Sigma, Tegment, and Motion. We know what fast looks like.
1
Connect your stack
Choose from 200+ native integrations. Slack, Stripe, GitHub, Salesforce, and more connect in minutes with OAuth. No code. No API keys to manage manually.
~10 minutes
2
Build your dashboard
Start from a pre-built template or build from scratch. Drag, drop, and configure. Your first dashboard is ready before your next standup.
~20 minutes
3
Automate the rest
Set up workflows that trigger on user behavior, revenue events, or time. Alerts, reports, and actions run automatically from day one.

How we work
The way we do things.
1
Async by default
The team spans San Francisco, London, and Nairobi. We write things down, default to async communication, and only meet when the meeting has a clear decision to make and a clear owner to make it.
2
Build what matters now
We don't maintain a 12-month roadmap. We talk to customers every week, build what's most valuable this sprint, and ship when it's ready. We'd rather do one thing well than five things halfway.
3
Everyone does support
Every person at Veltro handles customer support tickets for at least two hours per week. It's how we stay connected to what's actually broken and what's actually working. No exceptions, including the founders.
