Growth Engineer
The role
Growth at Veltro is data-driven and experiment-led. As our Growth Engineer you will own the technical infrastructure that makes fast experimentation possible, from instrumentation to A/B testing frameworks to referral systems.
You will work closely with the Head of Growth and product team to identify opportunities and ship the technical work that moves conversion, activation, and retention metrics.
What you'll do
- Build and run growth experiments across activation, conversion, and retention funnels
- Own the growth tech stack including analytics instrumentation, A/B testing infrastructure, and referral systems
- Partner with product and design on landing pages, onboarding flows, and lifecycle email systems
- Build internal tooling to accelerate experiment velocity and reduce the cost of running tests
- Analyze experiment results, draw statistically sound conclusions, and generate hypotheses for the next round
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of full-stack or growth engineering experience
- Strong understanding of product-led growth mechanics and the technical patterns that support them
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and comfort with statistical analysis of experiment results
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python for instrumentation and data work
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to experiment design quality
Nice to have
- Previous experience at a product-led growth SaaS company in a growth engineering role
- Background in analytics implementation using tools such as Segment, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
- Technical SEO experience including crawlability, structured data, and Core Web Vitals optimization
