Customer Success Manager
The role
Customer success at Veltro is not a reactive support function. It is a proactive discipline focused on driving adoption, expansion, and long-term retention across a named portfolio of Growth and Scale accounts.
You will be the primary relationship owner for 50 to 80 accounts and will work closely with the product team to surface feedback that shapes the roadmap.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding, adoption, and retention outcomes for a named portfolio of 50 to 80 Growth and Scale accounts
- Run regular check-in calls and quarterly business reviews with key customer stakeholders
- Build and refine playbooks for onboarding milestones, feature adoption, and expansion conversations
- Identify churn risk early, escalate appropriately, and personally own the save process
- Partner with product to surface customer feedback and advocate for features that improve retention
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in customer success at a B2B SaaS company with a named account model
- Strong understanding of SaaS analytics, automation tools, or developer platforms
- Proven track record of retaining and expanding ARR within a named account book
- Excellent communicator both in writing and on video calls with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable pulling and interpreting product usage data to identify adoption gaps and risk signals
Nice to have
- Experience in a customer success role at a product-led growth or developer tools company
- Background in technical account management or solutions engineering
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce for account tracking and pipeline management
