Buyers Agent
About the Role:
The Buyer’s Agent works directly with home buyers to guide them from first showing to closing. This role is ideal for agents who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients find their dream home. You’ll have access to our marketing systems, lead pipeline, and in-house support to help you focus on what you do best—selling homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with buyer clients to understand their needs, budget, and timeline
Use our Buyer Affordability Calculator to set realistic expectations
Schedule and host showings with a focus on client service
Negotiate offers and navigate the transaction process to closing
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients and prospects
Qualifications:
Active real estate license in the state of operation
Proven track record of buyer representation preferred
Negotiation and client service expertise
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Willingness to attend open houses and local events to build network
