Product Manager, Integrations
The role
Veltro's value to customers grows every time we add a new integration that connects their stack. As PM for Integrations you will own the roadmap for our 200+ connectors, driving the quality, depth, and discoverability of the integrations that make Veltro indispensable.
You will work closely with engineering on integration architecture, with partners on API relationships, and with growth on how integrations are marketed and launched.
What you'll do
- Own the integrations roadmap, prioritizing new connectors, bidirectional sync improvements, and integration reliability
- Work with engineering on integration architecture decisions and external partner API requirements
- Define integration success metrics and own adoption and reliability outcomes for the integrations catalog
- Build and maintain relationships with key integration partners including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Stripe
- Partner with growth on integration marketing, co-marketing opportunities, and launch programs
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on integrations or platform partnerships
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand OAuth flows, webhook architecture, and API design patterns
- Track record of shipping integrations or platform ecosystem products with measurable adoption outcomes
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
- Data-driven approach to prioritization with experience defining and tracking integration health metrics
Nice to have
- Previous experience at an iPaaS or integration platform company such as Zapier, Workato, or Tray
- Background working with developer partner ecosystems and managing technical partnerships
- Engineering or solutions engineering background that enables deep technical collaboration on API design
The interview process
We run a focused, respectful process. No take-home projects that eat your weekend. No trick whiteboard questions. We want to understand how you think and how you work, not test whether you've memorized sorting algorithms.
